Do you have DLC and are able to host? If so please make the game at your convenience. Using the "Tournament" gameflow option should give 90% of the desired settings, you'll just need to tweak the game, starting tech, etc usually.

If you can't then let me know and can host.

Tournament Training 2
Looking for training match to get used to competitive play. Same rules as 2019 PBEM tournament. Ideally looking for non-veterans since I'm a bit new.
