The mod has been updated, please take the latest .taf from the usual Dropbox folder (please let me know by PM / private chat if you lost it). <smiletext0>

@xlnt and Marcus: the 1st scenario of the campaign is in beta stage (so much more advanced than the rest of the expansion), would be interesting to get your feedback on it. After you update the mod, you should get its latest version and be able to play it. @Marcus: I suggest you wait a bit more, I expect changes to be made after Badok's feedback, probably better to try the map after that.

thanks - i see that when the AoW3 is started it reads the userContent folder, finds a *.taf file and turns it into a folder (:

You remove the old folder (or back it up), then put the new .taf directly into your usercontent folder.

aaam - so what do i do with it?

there is a folder (AoW3\UserContent\Shadow Realm RMG [PUB]) named Shadom Realm and inside i see a shadow realm.taf file, 

should i replace this file with the one from the dropBox - i guess so but i don't know how manual update of mods is done

hope you can survive my noobness about it (:

The mod is at the same place as it was and as it will remain: the Dropbox folder linked when the game started.

@all: as you all know, we had an update on the 15th, which includes icons for several SE units (thanks to Lordoflinks!), the Shadow Demon Lord model (thanks to vfxrob and Dr_K), 2 new PFX (thanks Bob) and new sites (thanks Dr_K)! <smiletext0>

I realized I was about to miss my turn  just when the timer actually did expire. So I reverted, but now I see that Charlatan updated Decodence (without any changelog...) and Steamworkshopdownloader is down. So can anyone please put the updated .taf somewhere so that I can update and continue? I'm setting back a timer in case nobody can, so that at least the game can continue without me blocking it.

you can ignore this and not answer, just a diary (:

1. the cavalry with life steal can have 3 lvls with necro + shadowborn (4 with a map site) stats seem very high(12/11)
2. the description of the builder hall says it will create a high-elf setller/builder
3. war hall says it will allow Gryphon Spire

Not sure what I did differently but after maybe 10 tries, I finally managed to get the map to generate!! Maybe it was that this time, the AI randomly chosen (we are 7 + 1 AI) had a proper default layer set, don't know.

I will start later when I'm not working. I will choose surface instead of default.

For the sake of testing. I would be glad if pre-made leaders were used and there should be sufficient amount of heroes around.

I will take the pre-made theocrat (Unoras) in my test-run. There is still a free theocrat (Morrandir) if someone dares <smiletext0>

Yes, let's not care about the turn order because it would require even more complications to launch. We're indeed not in a hurry. I'll probably put a 2 or 3 day turn timer so that people who can't play get their turn skipped. The main aim is to regularly get in touch with the current version and test & see what works or not. <smiletext0>

For the ToW, it was fixed for the Shadow Demons but I guess now icons are missing for the new sites. So yeah, @all: please avoid using it for now.

I rejoined, and changed from default to Surface.

Random also got me a crash when I tried in SP. 

Weird issue, tho. I'll try and find out whether it's in the RMG or the SR mod.
