I tested it for Hours, trying different variations of rounding the values etc. But I never got to the correct result on each income (Gold, mana etc.)
gladis 13/07/2019 03:37 pm But then I tried something else, one Thing that Always seemed weird to me was the 17% - why such a strange value? So I tested with 1/6 =16,66666..%. And it seems this did the trick. All of my Tests so far receive the correct calculation with this factor!

gladis 13/07/2019 03:46 pm Of Course this set-up is very seldom and therefore not that important, but one very interesting fact is: Unlike other factor-based Bomus/Malus the "Enemy At The Gates" Malus takes also the Happiness and Production into account. E.G.in my example, the total malus of "Enemy At The Gates" drops from -242 to -161 if I don´t Build Housings. The other factor-based Bonuses like Fertility Rites only take the City Income and the non-factor based Bonuses into account and therefore stay stable.

Another issue is that we're not finding technical ways to implement the Flying over Water penalty of -1 def, -1 res... So if nothing is found, the Swimming+Sea Creature & the Flying over Water are probably going to be scrapped for v1.29

With new update, they are just no valid Units, the timer of the Shrine isn´t set to 4 turns. It´s just like they already have the buff (usually there are no unit-type restricts for Shrines, all unit get the buffs)
