nice and relaxed game where pikes were defending the ever-growing necro empire into tier3 Bone Collectors and some Ice Elementals. Ilaanor had a Giants Dwelling close by and went defending/t4 questing and i managed to issue a battle and win it.

we can start more than one game - no problem

if you intend to play tier2 class (not theo, rogue or necro) - say so and i'll play something accordingly

i don't want to beat warlord with a necro - i wanted to remind/refresh how this class plays after Hiliadan beat me in the PBEM2017 tournament

Mistake after mistake, but at least I'm learnign from them. Quite funny and interesting match. And I thought I'm doomed after the bad start. Looks like I wasn't alone.  I would like to opt for a rematch soon. <smiletext0>

 - we have one that says: where are you going? did you bring bread and salt with you? (meaning<smiletext0> are you well prepared?)

so long story short:

there is a big town in the middle b/n us and i managed to take it. Ilaanor is expanding and i'm trying to invade in a gentle and safe way by just waiting to see what happens (:

and what i see is a nice battle in a inn - so i go in that inn to see if there is a unit left for me - jackpot!

i managed to do a stupidly lucky battle while there was -3ph. dmg event going on and my fire hound was not too affected. this led to me taking a town for a turn (i kept it for 1 full turn) from Ilaanor

this gave me time to comeback and do several nice battles - should be a nice game, now that the economy is going and some towns are up and running

My start included a Flowrock Quarry with 6 gobo units, 2 shamans.. well i'm necro right? I ended the battle with my leader in the void (:

Ilaanor managed to sneak a cheetah and get my capitol for 1 turn - under the blood moon (:

seems like the game is in it's best stage where we know who is where and each turn hides a surprise

Yes, as xlnt said, this happens when player A plays with debug mode on, and player B doesn't. When the turn goes to player B, he'll get the message. When it gets to player A (from player B), he will also get the message.

It was reported to devs but we actually haven't entirely pinned down the issue, because that happens only with some mods (like the balance mod) and only when some (unidentified) content is in the mod.

I thought there isn't anything to judge. <smiletext0> I was satisfied with your answer as a lot of things is still new for me. I later found that beta branch is mod on it's own so it cannot be the way I thought at beginning. Checked the mods - only pbem 1.22 was there so I played my turn and thought it resolved.

no, the game is not with the beta of the balance mode and the msg you got is because of the always ON debug mode i use

ignore the error msg or copy/paste it here so Marcus and Hiliadan can explain it better (:

Hi, you are using beta branch of PBEM mod 1.23? Got the message about newer version of mod - which has to be pbem mod but I find it unlikely that you coudl use older version then 1.22, is it right?

i accept requests like: please play class a, because i want to train against it but i may have a request in return like: ok, but don't be a theo/necro/rogue (if i believe i'm asked to go tier2 vs tier1 meta choice)
