The rule is 1 day, though you can agree to turn it off. In my opinion, it is not really "unfair" because the 1 day turn timer is part of the rules and if one cannot do his turn in 24 hours in normal time, then we are never going to finish the matches in the deadlines. And if we don't finish in the deadlines, we lose players because after several months, things move on IRL and you stop playing AoW3, etc.
So I let you see between you 4 but, except in cases of business trips/holidays/etc., the turn timer ideally should be on 1 day.

I can turn on the turn timer. But what period I must choose? One day? So it may be unfair to our opponents because rrrookie has small period of game playing availability. And sometimes JonnyÂ is busy too. Two days? But we play our turns in that period without turn timer alreadyÂ

Yes, that's more or less the forecast I had made early June. It means you'll be about turn 50 at the end of the round and the game will probably not be finished.

I think it would really make sense to put turn timer on and skip the turns of those who can't play except if they mention here they're not available for some days...
I'm going to check what we said with other judges and tell you what we plan if you can't finish your game in time, which seems very likely.

ItÂ´s vacation time. We are doing one turn per day normally, thats good. If someone needs more time for some reason so be it. I donÂ´t think itÂ´s that terrible if points would decide.

Guys, do you confirm turn timer is on and on 24 hours? I am pretty sure you will not be able to finish your game on time. Except for holidays like rrrrookie's, I hope you really put the turn timer and let it skip turns for those who can't play. For your next game, please try to optimize turn order between the 4 players to be able to do 1 full turn every 24 hours. We are discussing how best to deal with that and the summer holiday period among judges but I'm afraid there isn't much we can do to allow you to finish the game as it seems you are doing 10 turns every 4 weeks, which means by the end of the round you will be only at turn 30 or so, and an extension would not change much, whereas it would further delay the next match of the teams on the winner bracket, who are currently not playing (for 90+ days). <smiletext6>

I hope I'm wrong and too pessimistic...
