I've had some issues irl, so was very little active during the Christmas period and all of the January. I've more time on my hands, so finally able to pay closer attention to this one.
This game was posted a while ago and only 4 people had joined, I'd like to confirm that all participants here are really up for the game and if we need to relieve those who are not interested.

Neat. I just reviewed the game details and wow lotta mods there. I'm fine with any mod set (hope we don't run into compatibility issues, good to see you've checked that). Teams sound really fun but I would agree it would be hard to balance in the game, good chance of some doing much better than others & snowballing some.
Looking at the attrition mod notes, I would suggest leaving that one out considering the other balance issues mentioned there in addition to necromancer:
-Need to include non-core types, i.e. fey, naga, monsters, animals, etc-Summoners (Sorcerers/Druids) will be less impacted than other classes.
In playing without the attrition mod, I guess necromancer would then be allowed?
Really looking forward to this game. Awesome that it is about to start.
Did we settle for teams or FFA? I know only one opted his/her opinion. Anyhow, both is fine for me and I do get Moridin´s point with the 2 vs 1 problematics.
Anyone knows how to delete unsubscribed mods from the content manager in the start exe?

- also, do we add/remove some of the mods? (I'd need to do a test run with any additional mod, as they can influence the performance in a very unpredictable way)

Hi guys, in some near (or not so near future) I plan to start a GSG v2.0. Game is ment for dedicated veterans, that are not afraid of ultra hard challenges. Game will heavily focus on the battles against the environment, Research speed and City Growth speed will be reduced substantially (400%, 600%). Ultra hard defenders, tough cosmic happenings, the toughest roaming units, weak starting army. Even staying alive will be hard at first. Clearing sites will take a lot from you, a single gold mine will be guarded by t3 and t2 units, this should push players towards building up empire instead of focusing on the rush alone. (goblins/dwarfes/orcs are not only races we should pick though ) Additionally, as I'm not sure if attrition mod has fixed the Necro bug, necro will be prohibited (I'll kick any offender from the game if he/she does pick necro ).
Taking the experience from the previous game, no Seals or Unifier victory.
