Just few comments. I was struggling with fights in early game, it was hard for me to keep alive my units, they died as flies. Saving grace was vassal city that gave me like 2 pony riders and 2 brew brothers and that army with theocrat hero was able to clear a lot of camps. I cleared inn and bought tigran sphinx and was able to clear dungeon that gave human and elf cavalry. That army was clearing camps and getting exp right next to Dr. Light base(2 turns away) next when I located his main army I cleared Inn right next to him bought all units and went full offensive. This middle dwelling was a huge deal, I discovered it first and then moment after I saw you made peace with them I bought it. I would gladly play re-match.
It was a 30 turn game, I think we had a similar economy and territory built, however Blad used Warlord really well and attacked me with a good force at a moment that I wasn't really expecting it.... Then, for some weird reason after retreating with 1 stack I decided to attack him back... (at this point I lost hope haha)... Then my main stacks were moving towards his territory hoping I could trade my cities with his haha... but that didn't happen (obviously)...
Another thing is, that he made the middle dwelling vassal first as I was trying to move to complete the quest... then I knew I had a big dark spot with a direct path to my territory that I had no vision.
