My economy was very bad, but i used some bandits to boost my moral (let them take your town and liberate it for 400 morale for 15 turns). I had all the gold/mana i needed from your towns - when i pillaged them i got like 400gold and a lot of mana (;

It's nice to chase around the map - makes me think and train, so i don't mind (:

I didn't begin to look for a salvation at the underground again. And it was my mistake <smiletext6>

I will not surrender until I have at least one unit <smiletext0> , but it looks like you have won <smiletext23>
You have built a great army, but for me it is a mystery inside of your economy. You have 3 cities around the starting point (including your capital), but only one of its is your own.
Forest robbers (neutral roamings/bandits) pay extra to you, that you do not attack their spawn sites? <smiletext1>

Hi. Returning to the discussion of the map's difficulties, perhaps, I  have understood what is its effect. It seems that the Emperor-difficulty affects the power of the neutral units guarding the Item Racks. At this session I have found one Item Rack with 5 Human Knights guarding it.   Who knows what powerful artifacts stored there <smiletext1>
Although I still do not exclude that the Emperor-difficulty also affects the possibility of merging the two groups of neutral roamings into one army

interesting topic for a test or/and maybe a question to the .dev(s).

i have a bandit camp with a tier3 unit in it! so maybe, just maybe - Skuns has a point, i never saw a turn 4-5 bandit camp with a shadow elemental in it before but i only play normal defenders strength and Emperor AIs

In my opinion this is unlikely. Otherwise, when a player chooses into opponents the AI-Squire and one sets the difficulty settings as Emperor there, he will meet with the AI-Emperor.   Then he would be out of luck.   
I've never tried it, but I've seen on one map the AI-Lord, who was living from the session's start, and AI-emperor, who had remained from the real player. Their aggressiveness was different, according to their level of AI. And it does not depend on the difficulty of the map, otherwise their aggressiveness would be  approximately equal.
I believe that the difficulty of the map affects the number of units bandits / roamers, which are born in hostile shelters. And perhaps it influences the periodicity of their occurrence from there. As you know, this number of units shows the power of such troops.   :'(

Yes, Skuns, that's what I'm talking about also.
The difficulty chosen at the beginning is the difficulty of the AI as far as I know. So if there is no AI, it's irrelevant.

There is not any AI at this session, including AI-Emperor.   Here we are  talking about the difficulty of the map, which was selected at the beginning (see xlnt' screen)   <smiletext1>

As far as I know, Emperor AI only affects the AI players, not the independents.

Emperor difficulty matters when there are no AI? Sorry - never knew, i just always play like that on single player and the game remembers the player's settings );

we'll just circle the map and play with no towns anyway :p~

I've joined. But it's too much for me to make a session difficult - Emperor.
I think that neutral bandits/roamers eat our armies for 10 turns.   It will be a game of survival, not a struggle between the two teams

By the way, I have the official version of the game with all updates. No Beta. But some bugs yet still exist at PBEM at least in Steam-version <smiletext6>
