The Championsleague is ongoing and its season 2 is starting in April 2022.
The 2019 PBEM Duel Tournament is finished.

- A PBEM tournament (the 2015 PBEM Duel Tournament) was organized and started in 2015. It was split into 3 tournaments (16 players; 8 players #1 and 8 players #2). It entered its final phase (between the winners of each of the 3 branches) in October 2016 and was won by gabthegab in March 2017. - The 2016 2vs2 Team PBEM tournament started on 15 July 2016 and was won by team Coup de Grâce (gabthegab and Tussel) on 23 October 2018. The finale and the semi-finale (the match in between was conceded by team Green elephant).
- The 2017 PBEM Duel Tournament started on 31 January 2017 and was won by gabthegab on 18 October 2018. The finale(gabthegab vs Jean de Metz) and the videos.
The 2018 PBEM 2vs2 Tournamentstarted on 17 September 2018 and was won by Dread & Mac (DreadReapr and marcuspers) on 1 June 2020. The 3vs3 Tournament started on 12 February 2018 and was won by Dos Equis XX ($eeR+El_Lobo+Badok) on 30 April 2021 , it has its own, dedicated, Pool: 2018 PBEM Team Mini-Tournament Discussion Pool The Championsleague:
Season 1 started on 13 October 2021 and was won by mahimka. It ended on 4 April 2022. Season 2 should start on 25 April 2022.

Still no news from MrRoivas and Lck. To be confirmed with Markymark but I think we should give them 48 hours, maximum 72 hours, to show up here, otherwise, their seats will be given to players in the reserve list.

He didn't respond for a few days and then after a while he replied that he was very busy with work until atleast the end of the year and that he would contact me again in January.

Jonny Thunder rejoined the reserve list! So in case of no show, we have players to take over.
EDIT: Also, the 2 following players receive warnings for non-eliminatory breach of the rules: Blackcat - Did not send his class / race before the beginning of the match and did not publish the screenshots of the settings (which seem to be wrong, including medium map) for round 2 @both: please pay attention to this next time so that the tournament can continue in good conditions

See rule 3:
"If one player temporarily cannot play his turns in 24 hours (e.g. because of holidays, or personal issues), and warn the host reasonably in advance, then the host should temporarily change the turn timer to accommodate him."

Ok everyone! The 8 players tournament is ready to start, with 8 players who joined officially!
Markymark will generate the matches today I think. Then we need you to send Markymark and / or me your class / race for this round (please see the rules for the details). When matches are generated, you will see who hosts (the player on top in the roster: http://www.the-battlefield.co... The hosts need to take screenshots of the settings and post them so that his opponent and judges can see them.

Reminder: round 2 will last 2 month, as all other rounds. The starting date was December 3.

Skuns453Lirik902 joined, though I'm not sure he is a bot or not (with such a name oO) and he didn't join the player pool. So maybe we need only 1 more player, maybe still 2. I tried to add Ix329 and Jonny Thunder on Steam, no feedback yet. If you know them, please contact them.

@participants of 16 players tournament:
- as Markymark said, the games are ready! The player on top in the roster (and first in the match page) is the host.
- please check that your opponent sent his class / race to the judge(s) (ask him) so that we avoid any issue
- for the host: please remember to post screenshots of the settings before the match starts. Please use windowed mode to take the screenshot (so that we can see the date; of course, it can be cheated but that's better than nothing). The screenshots are there also to avoid mistakes, not only to avoid cheating.

After all 8 players have joined, Markymark will generate matches. Then you will follow the same procedures as described above for the 16 players tournament.

p.s. My timezone is indeed Amsterdam and normally play time would be 20:00 - 24:00 indeed, but I work in shifts so it's completely random when I play.

For now, it's separated from the main one but we are working on how to merge them with Markymark.
To speed up the process of starting the tournament, I urge the 8 players to first register so that we can generate the matches and launch the 1st round as soon as possible.
