To Hiliadan
Hi. Working links are present  at the end of my message named "Victory". <smiletext1> But it's look like as a regular text and I don't know why.

And you are right about my economy at this session. But you should know that I have no cities during few turns only. At first I conquered small town. Then I was saving up my mana for the rebuild of two my destroyed towns by the spell. In the end I kept two cities. It gave good economic support. Also, I got lucky with the map and with the selected direction of its scouting. And holes in the economy were filled in my "earnings".    Although I've lost Bone dragon (3-rd green gold medal with 140 healing points) because it had deserted.  :'(    My journey on the map took up about 10 turns.
I've already said I was surprised by the poor development of the opponent during for the same 10 turns. He was losing his capital at least twice. And I still don't understand why he was afraid of my AI. If only he didn't want the big losses of the battles with the AI-Emperor.

And I had a forefeeling that I will learn to summon Reapers little earlier than he - to build his Shrines.  <smiletext1>
By the way, there were several Ghoul-Evangelists in all my armies before the victory
In fact, if my opponent would be such assertive player as xlnt but more skilled one then I would not have won.  <smiletext6>

I didn't pay attention at first but you played Theocrat xlnt? You should have hung on! Theocrat is the best match-up against Necro. Hordes of Evangelist + Crusaders + eventually Shrines would have purified the infidels! + if he has no city, he will run out of money and mana at some point.

Hi Skuns, you can report. I didn't see the pictures (when you attach a picture, no one can see it - it's a bit counter-intuitive -, you need to put it in the text, just click on the explanation link to learn how to do it) but you will be able to post them when you report, and we will be able to correct the report if there is any mistake.

Congratz for your win! Hopefully I can pull the same trick against cbower in our game (I also have a Necromancer's army, though it's my hero, not my leader, and I stayed without cities for many turns).

To xlnt
But anyway thank you for a game in which I had a hard time. <smiletext1>
At the session's beginning I had no luck because  I found myself next to your AI. After I had lost cities including the capital, I have been in a very uncomfortable conditions.
But I was very lucky with the map and my army is grown    Although the most insulting occurred at the approaches to your borders  - I had lost the Bone dragon. :'(   He already had 140 hp. It deserted like a coward   It was the first drop-down point at the statistics of my growth (see picture Last turn)     Although I was surprised to see that my AI scored points more than me

Victory
I'm glad that I had won   <smiletext24>
xlnt, at this turn I was afraid to lose, if you would attacked my leader by your entire armies.   <smiletext1>  Besides, you was wrong when you had thought that no way to win for you. In my opinion, you have had a good chance to win at the future turns even with such armies.   You gave up too early.  But it is quite good for me - I did not have to run for you all over the map   Especially, it looks like your leader's army was invisible.  <smiletext17>    It is very difficult to find something invisible :'(    When I was assembling my army I was surprised that you lost the capital at least twice    Also I don't understand why you was afraid to overthrow my AI

Thanks for the good game and lesson Skuns - good luck in the rest of the Tournament!

for the spectators:

the game started with Skuns being attacked by my AI, some turn after that the AI was gone. I took Skuns towns and left him wondering the map, which:
1. i didn't know how to prevent
2. i didn't expect to be a winning move
3. The AI in his team and the neutrals were a factor to keep me back and to re-take my towns

He ghoul-cursed tier3/4 units, got lvl 15 ect. I managed to avoid defeat by going in circles and building some units.
After scouting all his forces i decided i can't win because now there were 2 groups of 12-15 units moving together and i can't even beat one of the groups, so i just tested some things i wanted to know and ended the game.

can't wait for the next game (:

Boring, really? This duel is very interesting.  <smiletext1>  It teaches how to survive in the harsh conditions of exile
And I want to express my gratitude,  that our session is running so dynamically.

I'm runnin' runnin' away :S in circles... this match was very educational for me (:

Ghoul curse is so stronk! Sorry if it's a boring game Skuns );

on other news - i managed to kick the AI's ass - it's really doesn't matter - even when it has tier3 units

Skuns453Lirik902 >> Two fronts, really?
xlnt, it is too much to say about two fronts <smiletext0>
I'm  trying to run away from you and to collect the remains of my invincible army. <smiletext1>  And your current army's  intrusion will erase "my" AI from the map of this session :'(  But it will take for a while

I'm tired to run away from the theocratic army and was hoping to follow for the decisive battle. In the next few turns, may be    But now, apparently, there is a small break to recreate my coolest empire of the undead
P.S. I hate small flying spies. <smiletext22>  It endeavor to keep me under the dome  :'(   Theocratic CIA (or KGB) in the action
P.P.S. This message was corrected twice to its final form (suitable for understanding), I apologize to those who had to re-read

Skuns453Lirik902's AI is awake now!

A Frostling village brutally attacked, as the Empire of Gorbarlorg, the Orc takes on the last settlements of the evil necromantic forces - a sneak attack of a goblin rogue proved too much. Now our jedy.. ammm theocratic heroes must device a new plan how to fight on 2 fronts (;

when i say not balanced - i don't mean it's not ok for me (; i just think it's not fair overall, but it's definitely more fun

your AI is just sleepy because of all the winter lands around it : Pp~

Skuns453Lirik902 >> Gaming update
Well, I would not say that the capture of the AI capital was completely lossless. I lost 2 units of animals. And don't forget that Necromancers can resurrect their undead units right on the battlefield.
In this battle I had to resurrect one killed undead unit of frostlings. <smiletext21>
xlnt, why are you worried about the session's balance? "My" AI sits at its lair and does nothing. And you ruined almost my cities including my capital :'(  Now I am compelled  to vagabondize at the map, avoiding the inevitable end

I'm not sure how i feel about the AI - Skuns453Lirik902 captured 'my' AI's capitol without losing a unit (excellent fight!) but 'my' AI showed me where his towns are and this is very important.

i wouldn't recommend AI in teams - the game becomes more fun, but it adds exploits and balance issues, IMO.

Skuns453Lirik902 >> Fighting without end
I'm not frightened the AI-enemy.   Capturing its capital did not cause too much difficulties. But I'm afraid that xlnt are eating my leader for a breackfast  :'( He had moved into a small counterattack and captured my capital.  Again  <smiletext6>

cbower >> Skuns don't stress it
As Hilidian will tell you I messed the settings up like 3 times in a practice game we setup. There are may of settings to read and remember, mistakes will happen. You are covered by posting the screenshots, XInt reviewed them and accepted the settings.

Skuns453Lirik902 >> AI
xlnt, Cbower, Kwibus - I don't understand why you are not like the AI. It is not so bad. <smiletext0> It is not so agressive than real player, but sometimes it can be very dangerous opponent and a good ally. I mean the AI-emperor.

Not long ago I finished the session in which the AI-emperor was a difficult opponent. At first, he was so weak that I would have smeared it on the wall. But the two real opponents distracted me, and I had to enter into an alliance with the AI. During my fight with the players, the AI has expanded the boundaries of the expense of weaker the AIs. As a result of its growth, it conquered two players and declared war on me. <smiletext0>
It was so strong and confident that it didn't surrender when I captured of its capital <smiletext6>  Because of its many flying units (manticore riders) I had to spend more than 40 turns to achieve victory <smiletext0>  It was 132-nd turn <smiletext6>

Skuns453Lirik902 >> Rules and other
Hi. Sorry for my silence, I was busy.
I agree, it was my mistake to choose such configuration of the session. But I read the rules. And when I was reading about creation two teams, I thought that it means two teams with two players in each one for small map. <smiletext6>
Hiliadan, I don't understand what you see unfairness in the current session. <smiletext6>  I downloaded all the required screenshots. And I don't know what to do all the other players-hosts. Their competitions pages are empty. From this, I feel like a foolish guy <smiletext0>
I didn't start the first turn until one of the judges gave their approval (Markymark). Neither he nor my opponent did not contest these session parameters.

of'corpse it's my responsibility - the blind men play no cards if you'll 'scuse my french (;

it was just... overlooked

we're on turn 5 - the RMG placed x2 bandits camps and necro cyrcles which i happily took, there are also x2 building resources and map reveal_ers (which i also took - hehe) i managed to find the BAD AI (goblin) and this is all AI related stuff. My stupid AI went and planted their town away from it's good starting point and that is something that i can use for an outpost.

So mainly there are x2 of all 'starting' stuff, including the free ones and the important ones - like 100 research and a free building (;

I had no time to check the settings before you started. xlnt, it was your responsibility to check the settings before joining (you can see the normal settings in the rule page), so now according to the rules, it's too late to change.
However, Skuns, I think it is not fair to change the normal settings like that without expressly notifying your opponent. Please avoid that kind of things in the future... EDIT: you can change the status of the game to "running" since you started (see the dropdown list in this page)

It is my understanding that the duel is meant to be 1v1 with no ai. I think you are right that it should not have an effect. The AI isn't overally aggressive, but I am interested in how they will play out in such small spaces. I would imagine rushing would be harder as well as other small differences, possible exploits, anyways I am interested. If you could let us know how it plays out I would appreciate it anyways.

aam.. i thought this was expected and in the .. rules? anyway - the AIs should be idiotic for both of us and as inexistent as if it were not in the game (; you should have seen what mine did O.0

i really paid no attention that there are AIs when i joined the game - so there was no choice

As the rules state you can choose to play the settings that you like, I was just curious why you guys choose to play with two AI players? In my opinion I would not like the contest to swing based on how well or poorly the AI plays as an ally. It probably won't happen, but it could come down to an AI play at some critical junction of the game. It should be interesting though. Four players in that small space should make for lots of action. Let us know how the game feels with the extra AI players, could you give us your perspective when you finish.
