Posts to the game:

Was a steady game for me, although Mark had some issues with the independents.  Surveiled him for a dozen of turns (I had about 95% of the map covered), picked the best time to strike and then destroyed his secondary stack and burned the capitol. I pressed quit faster than I realized I had to make a screenshot, so I've attached the screenshot from the main view.

I had you pretty much under my surveilance for about last 10 or 11 turns, so I knew exactly where all of your forces were, and timed to strike at the moment when you couldn't make it back <smiletext0> and in case if you'd go to my cities, I was preparing a nasty surprise for the remaining armies <smiletext0>

I am open for a normal game rematch any time, Mark <smiletext0> will report this game as win though

seemed to be decided. I have the same plan, but i have not found the Exit to his capitol in the labyrint. And during the way i have lost my best Heroe, lvl9 instead getting a Titan.

Was a Training match for me in the 3vs3 because i never played undead, so i maked some failures, too less mana and maked a failure against converting Titan. Maybe a good match when i maked a better game (or had more experienced with undead Underground playing)

i'm loosing again, tried to convince a Titan lvl4 unit and lost my Heroe in this try. So Congratulation:-) But maybe you are too unlucky. But mostly all Players are playing nearly perfect.

Mark, I've halted my turn for now.
I can see that I already have an outpost, but wasn't game settings the settler start?

I've sent my new race/class to Hilliadan and have entered the game.

Mmh, I would say stick with the same class / race (and actually the exact same leader). But we can consider a change I guess. Then your class / race for the initial match would be erased and not count. The previous class / race to be considered is the one from round 2.

okay, do we a rematch, i send new race/class to hilidian.

I am for a fun and fair game, therefore if Mark says he couldn't play his best - let's replay.
Do not know about the best of 3 part though - we might not have time for 3 matches. So let's just replay this one match.

Other question is - if we should play with the same race/class or do we need to change? will the rule of race/class rotation apply in this case then?

EDIT: Unless Mark suggest to play them all in one go? in that case race/class questions remain.

It's up to you AlX.

YOu have won this round. But i have a proposal, when we have time, we Play best-of-three. When i win against you in two Matches, i'm in next round, when we have lack of time, you.

So if we do replay the match - will count as a tournament match or just a simple game?

user

it is not a Problem when you make Report without Screen. You can use a Screen about this blog.
But when you search a good game, we can Play rematch with same Settings.

Hi guys!

So... Fistandantilus and I agree that continuing to play after the display bug was spotted implied that Markymark considered the bug was not an issue that justified a restart. Then the decision to surrender was made and it implies the match was lost.
Therefore, in theory Markymark has lost... If you want to replay the match for the tournament, you can but it is up to you.

Sorry that it happened like that but if we follow the rules of the tournament, this is the logical conclusion.

Indeed, I haven't made a screenshot, since saw the post here on the forum.

I am not sure as to what race/class must be used? same? or we need to pick different one?

Hi Aix,

You have not maked a Screen about your win?
When you want, we can do a rematch, will be fun. But normally i have not surrendered for a rematch.

Regards Mark

I'll go with what judges say - if the game must be replayed - no problem.

user

Sorry.
I have thought about restart than i see this bug.
But i have surrendered because - my feeling was -: game was lost. My stack was too away from my capitol - too - because trying this bug.

But maybe - Aix was right - it was not lost, do not know more.
Have not checked all possibilities.

Restart was then an idea from AixStormrage.

But i'm welcome for a good game. Think we have time to do it and need no fast game.

Regards, Mark.

Shall we use same seetings?

If you agree, then I suggest you restart but you should not have surrendered... In theory, you have already lost. Next time, the best would be to discuss with your opponent (and the 2 judges which are not you, if needed) before surrendering.

I just looked carefully on the screenshot - it appears that you actually are traversing from land hex to the land hex, so there is no water hex as such in between, therefore you don't need to embark. I believe I've seen similar thing in my previous games (I actually checked each hex with the preview), so most likely it is not a bug, but rather the graphics that make you confused.

anyways, if the game needs to be replayed - I am ready

Normally the game have to replayed, because this bug had influenced game.

Maybe, i was too fast with surrender (maybe it was not decided).
But such games are not funny.

And i have thought to make restart after i see this bug (for 3-4 Turns).
I tried out this bug and maked Screens.

Mark, I can assure you that my scout was next to your capital before you posted this screenshot.
If anything, I was just trying to get you occupied on your part of the map, since you had a flyer, and it made me warry of your army.
Moreover I was surprised to see you surrender...

what is the best course of action now? replay the game?

Mark, you should probably report it in the bug forum of Triumph (and you didn't need to tell it to AlX I guess ), it's weird.
